Movie Story: Karan Oberoi has a really rich family and attends faculty. He in love with fellow collegian Sneha but has not revealed his suspicions to her. As soon as the Oberois arrange a celebration Karan invites Sneha and presents her to his buddy Vicky Mathur. Sneha and Vicky are drawn to one another far to Karan disapproval and they start to devote lots of time together.
