Movie Story: Seasoned adventurer and survivalist Bear Grylls deliberately `strands’ himself in remote, inhospitable locales and makes his way back to civilisation to provide in-depth advice for travellers who may find themselves lost on what was expected to be a routine hike or other trip. Some of the things Grylls does include climbing cliffs, parachuting from helicopters and running through a forest fire. “Creepy crawlies” are also frequently part of Grylls; diet. In addition to showcasing his survival skills, Grylls shares with viewers tales of adventurers stranded or killed in the wilderness.
